i was down there early last evening and it was " bustling " but that's the whole 1st

of the month , flush with cash phenomenon , young kids mostly looked like students

อาหารตามสั่ง aahan-dam-saang ( food cooked to order ) business is very fickle with

such a small profit margin per plate , probably need to sell 100 dishes to break even

profit on thai food is not too bad, but still your right ,you have to sell a lot of it , and it's a lot of work, and a lot of good competition . no good selling fried rice next door to someone else selling fried rice

that poor cook was so busy , he didn't stop moving (or the service girl) the whole time we were there
