I'm lost again ***** Seeing as I don't dink these bars escape me but I do like to know the comfortable amiable places for when I'm waiting for Mrs N in the salon.
Where is Red Bar? I roughly know the names heading up Soi Sampan from Viking

Where is Khun Paul when you need him? In this case, KP has to recognise and pounce on a huge error leading to a sarcastic remark aimed at his friendly rival.Nigglyb wrote:I'm lost again ***** Seeing as I don't dink these bars escape me but I do like to know the comfortable amiable places for when I'm waiting for Mrs N in the salon. Red Bar is opposite Meeting Place, both are at the bottom (Nutty Park) end.
I was going to sit outside the laundry place which is what I did yesterdsy when I was waiting and had a couple 50 baht large cans of Chang. But today he was closed!

Aah I’m at the wrong end. I alway think of that as the top end whilst Handlebar & Viking at the bottom. Don’t know whyHamlay wrote:Red Bar is opposite Meeting Place, both are at the bottom (Nutty Park) end.

Giving advice to anyone on here, especially if they have blocked me, is pointless and a complete waste of time as those that do not know are either blind or so caught up in their own world that advice offered is like filling up a bottle with holes in the bottom...useless.

if you look the soi has a slight slope , so technically Handlebar & Viking are at the bottom, get some good flooding down there sometimes tooNigglyb wrote:Aah I’m at the wrong end. You're making me jealous. I'd like to do that too if waiting for my laundry. The local do-gooders would complain if I did that in Auckland and the cops might turn up. The weather is also too cold for that kind of stunt at this time of the year and the people watching in Udon would be much more fun.Hamlay wrote:Red Bar is opposite Meeting Place, both are at the bottom (Nutty Park) end.
