true BBQ'd meats should be slow cooked for quite a few hours, 6-12 hours, though i would never expect that here, and have only had that in Memphis and Philly area..... ><:)( though i'll be slow cooking once i get a proper over at the house, now to start experimenting with sauces. ++)(* i've actually slow cooked with a counter top convection oven here, to the gf's amazement, having to reset the timer numerous times, and they wonder what the hell i was doing, until they tasted then ++)(* ++)(* ++)(*

I'm surprised they didn't come up with something better, like DOG RIBS. We sell between 20 and 30 kilo of ribs a week and liters of our Special Home Made BBQ Sauce, and the Ribs they're not boiled or microwaved, asked my good neighbour Ray, from Zippies, the smoke from the BBQ is driving him grazy ( I'm already working on a solution for that problem, by the way, he's gonna name his bar Smokey's, ha ha) Anybody who's been in my place can smell the cooking and BBQ smoke.So you all have a nice day now, and keep dreaming up other plans.

Thanks for the correction Casper and I would just like to add, having personally tried the ribs, I wouldn't care if they are barbied or boiled, dog or duck, they taste pretty damn good and did not last long on my plate! ++)(*
