I see that Scotland and Northern Ireland have had gales and heavy snowfall which could affect the NW of England so wrap up well if you go out to celebrate your birthday.
Not wearing too many layers of clothes in either Udon or Nong Khai today......sunny and expected to hit 37c 99f
