Never ending saga. Got a call yesterday asking if I could help out. Apparently police are involved now as hansa accused jay of theft . Not quite sure but something to do with some metal cabinet and a chandler he sold off that hansa said belonged to them. So anyway I was asked if I would be a witness . Nope not my cirus not my monkey.
What I will say is he appears to have given her hansa in the first place, her name on the lease means it's hers, from what I understand good luck to anyone wanting to buy the place, two owners arguing about ownership. Yeh get involved with that ... Not. How stupid was it to sign the place over to her. The one thing I told him would be a disaster would to put someone who hates you and just wants money as a joint partner. If I had been told he was putting his girlfriend on the paperwork I would have given it 6 months. And I would have been correct.

Reminds me of Billy and the mon mobile (Think that's what it was called?) that all ended in tears, however Hansa on a much grander and more expensive scale!!

What he has spent comes close to 3 million, a bit more than a burger cart for sure . Oh well if it gets as bad as the landlord calling to have you arrested by the police you know it's all over. He's Pissed them off and they are looking to cancel the lease ,seems by accusing him of theft. Or damage , when you take a lease on any structural changes or removal of existing parts need permission, seems the counter that was there he demolished and through our. The fact he has a new counter don't matter.

Poor baby exit didn't have a chance. Not a clue how to make an advert or promote the business. Could not even work out how to tell people the location, share a menu, opening times or anything.

Shame as the place looks really nice.
