if you're not open and ready to serve until 10am , don't state
you open at 08:00 hours ***** people find that annoying krap

As your so often in the vicinity, why do you not ask her for a an actual quote of her intentions regarding opening times and also respectflly ask her to post said information, then all will be clear Pomps..eh

someone mentioned a team , surely she must have assistance? this is looking
more than a short order grill offering half-a-dozen items? menus would really help
if closes at 10 pm, don't see how can open before midday either :o

I just hope Nok considers that one thing farangs hate more than anything is "inconsistency". Nothing infuriates me more than to drive across town to a restaurant that advertises that they open at a particular time, and they're closed. I can't count the number of eateries around town, especially the small roadside places, that have pulled that stunt, and it sickens me to no end. What's worse is when they are totally closed when they advertise that they are open. Just arbitrarily changing opening/closing times and days is a recipe for disaster if one is catering to a farang clientele, and I have seen it cost many business owners their business in short order. I also remember that Nok did this in the past, and it could be one of the main reasons why she has had to shut down and reopen so many times around town.
