Yes, that’s how it was exactly, lots of burgers are like that, I think it’s normal, our US contingent will confirm that’s the way.

I think there a lot to do with the softness (freshness?) of the bun. I always find McDs dry which results in them just breaking apart in my fingers. We don’t get fast food burgers very often from any chain

It’s all the extras and sauce.
My boy loves the touch screen order your own, he taps away swiftly removing the greenery, tomatoes and pickles then adds bacon for 69p.

I have to confess, the last time I entered a McDs fast food emporium, I liked the touched screen as it significantly increased the chances of getting the order right. I also didn’t have to speak too long with a spotty knuckle dragging youth

And you get to pick up extra germs like the ones found in shit piss and spit, tap the screen then tuck in to your fries and burger.

The last one I went in had an anti bac dispenser near the counter.
I’d probably order more in a regular one if I could understand the mumbling oaf on the counter. I usually give up halfway through the order only for Mrs N to complain something is not there when eating

That looks delicious Shads with the added benefit of really healthy too. I’m going to show Mrs N in the hope she can recreate the masterpiece
