the place had great dishes and reviews, but being in the biz myself I quite understand , it's not a 9-5 with weekends off, and near impossible to find relief staff. hopefully it will return

she was an actual chef , had worked at fine hotels in phuket i remember

her trying to explain the kitchen hierarchy to me one day , sous chef etc.,

head chef 14 hour days , often extremely unreliable help, it must be brutal

Get a chest freezer, sell the Ready to Eat products out of there.

I've eaten El Charro products...good. IMO. Villa has 'em in the frozen foods section.

We'll be moving it to a much better location this year or early next.

Also, as we have seen with most restaurants here in LOS, ensuring consistency long term involves depending on as few staff as possible.

Indeed RBM, the 5pm - 9pm third of a day schedule should work out much better. No more 7:45AM to 10pm for her. Yoga classes were the key.

And dinner crowd was always our bread & butter.

p.s. If anyone likes a great sandwich, load of tasty bread, yummy cakes, look no further than Papa Farang's.
