For those that enjoy them, there is a stall at the new Tesco-Lotus food court making Rotis (both sweet and savory). They also have Samosas, two savory varieties.
Both the Rotis and Samosas are very good.
On a further note, and a little off topic...after extensive research I have come to the conclusion, the food court at the new Tesco, offers the best eye-candy viewing of all the different food courts in Udon. ++)(* .

I've eaten both kinds of samosas there, and yes, they are pretty tasty. Not bad at all for that type of venue ++)(* Worth trying.

JJ, are you referring to the new Lotus at UD center, or the other one the NB road? I guess thinking about it the one at UD centre doesn't have a food court so it must be the "other" new one.
