Not a farcebook member but someone posted this to me about the new biz taken over from PF's so cannot see what is being posted, understand doing sunday roasts but hope someone posts a picture of a meal and prices
Do hope the info is incorrect, spoken by one of deans customers, that jason was left with unpaid electric and water bill,in total 30k,when he took over, bizarre
So cannot view on expats fb as have to be a fb member, cannot find their own fb page for info,so if any info or updates can post here

opening times, picture of the renovated pool etc

Ok phil is a member on here maybe can give some info
Maybe the new place for burgers since center booze place shut down
Have committed to Gallery sunday but maybe a weekday pop up there lunchtime and find out a little bit more from the english chap

Would be handy to know which day they close though
Think has split the famous chang drinkers club that used to go en masse to my local on sunday, len is a dean customer so presume a few of deans customers have stayed put
Keep hearing a big bike going up that way as live nearer the front of hansa so sounds like panick is a regular there

It says closed Tuesday on their Google page. I seem to remember this correct after traipsing across town much to Mrs N’s amusement.
I’m gonna have to look at the menu this week as didn’t bother what with already having chosen the Sunday roast.
Don’t know how strict they are with the booking for the roast. Their Facebook page suggest you should.
Oh, & don’t bring all your cars, the car park is only small
Oops, just noticed this isn’t the Gallery page ……….

Yes re the gallery, bookings relate to the roasts they offer for evening only, just turn up from midday, plenty of tables, will try to go early to secure a parking space
Now then now then

back to jasons place, maybe Noos can chime in on the thread, been told large changs are 90 baht but can go 20km to deans for large bottle 10 baht cheaper

Phil having Sunday roast
Chicken or pork 250bht
Lamb 300 bht
Mixed 350 bht
He has got a menu but been losing his cook
I think at the moment has 2 which would make number 4 and 5 in 2 weeks
No need to book

Ok yes saw phils photo, swimming pool looks lush, should do if he has spent a fortune, understand a clique crowd there sundays for the roast can see peter smith in photo, understand cols new sunday place and am told DM is always there also, sunday roast got through 3 or 4 chefs so has chosen preheat veg mixes and meat mixes for a sunday but still no prices quoted but price presume cheap
Will try sometime spoilt for choice on west side with gallery n chris place,no imported beers, must frustrate jon immensely with his sales pitch, just local beers but then again jon is a chang drinker

accoustic cheaper sat nights
No aircon but will introduce myself to jason during a midweek visit,am sure he will reconfirm dean leaving him with a 30k outstanding debt, understandable not stocking deans products from that, look forward to see what is on the menu

What a load of bollox, Jay broke the deal, went to the landlord behind my back 6 weeks before it was due to be handed over. He was warned but didn't give a f**k he just wanted in at any cost. The shit I've heard from him is unbelievable. Apparently I murdered a Thai woman and was last seen swimming across the Mekong escaping Thai police. The baby exit is just crying because he's realised he just wasted a couple of million. . Anyway who cares, just another idiot thinking he can change the rules on how things work in Thailand. As for 30,000b in electric bills, think about it, how long can you have a bill unpaid to the PEA before they come and take your meter away, daft twat.
I wish anyone good luck with what they try to do. But after finding out he's just a gossip with nothing better to do then f**k him. I gave the landlady 10,000b to cover t he bills, electric was 9000b ,water was 3,000b. But not sure as these bills turned up weeks after I moved out.as far as I'm concerned I owe 2,000b for water although no one can give me an actual bill.
Anyway enough of the bullshite.

Thanks for clearing that up,seemed bizarre and that was the jackanory coming from your customers down my local, seems jason, who have never met, mentioning wild falsehoods, killing an old lady and swimming across the mekong

how does one make these things up
Will leave the sunday crowd alone so they can enjoy themselves, will try the restaurant during the week to see which chef has turned up on the day, still do not know if the place takes a day off closed though

Good to hear from you Deano.
who eats a Sunday roast at a restaurant without wearing a shirt!
Edit: as I clearly got the wrong guy and assumed Phil was Jay I've edited my post.
Sorry Phil (if you ever happen to see this) no offence meant and clear now you'd just had a swim
