New chippy opening.
I suspect it is something to do with the Country Grill as they’ve advertised it on their page & the huge selection rather than being exceptional for a few dishes.
Anyhoo, I’ll try it. Opens 1st March 2025.

Was expecting a large selection of fish options but seems to want to sell all sorts of food so could have been Woodhouse Indian that also sells fish n chips
Dory not cheap compared to import cod, barramundi, haddock

,always like ro see options stated whether imported Alaska,Atlantic,Pacific,Chinese farmed re cod or Australian barramundi not thai
Where do bizs get their idea for a biz name, google Woodhouse and there is a Woodhouse fish place overseas, noks fish n chips and other foods would have been a good name
Plus nowt wrong with tilapia fish n chips
Should offer different options ie childrens size, mans size or pomps size re fish

I think the google view of where it will be decides if it works or not,any parking off road, presume none on the small soi itself, grab delivery would help if no inside dining, location so key for bizs

I asked on the Facebook thread about parking. Don’t know why they PM’d me back as I would have thought other people would like to know about parking too.

Sounds like a classic, find somewhere dirt cheap rentwise with no parking on a busy small soi and use another biz parking area

I suspect Wash Express are unaware their parking has been offered to chip shop customers.

One of those wash express near me,they have a sign saying parking for customers only, may as well use the parking area before doing a run or walk around nong sim ,wonder how long the owner will work out no income at the wash express as no one can park to use,
As bad as that restaurant place on tahan road,no parking opposite wing 23,no doubt cheap rent

Parking is a main consideration when renting a shop. Hansa was brilliant for that at least
