great pics, calzone is the best for a takeaway .seals the moisture in.baking gives a great texture too, you can give it a ,tex mex taste, middle east or indian flovor they are all great.all of ours are cooked on the spot with freash meat, some people cook thier kebabs and wraps well before. leave the meat 3-4 days and just warm it up before serving.freah is the only way to do it.bread wraps wont make you sick, but old meat will.picture no 3 looks good

not quite mate, calzone or stromboli are dough based, pastie is pastry, and you would never put pepperoni in a pastie...
But, one could fill pastie dough with Italian ingredients... Think outside the box RBM ;) . IMO, it would be a big seller :) .

not quite mate, calzone or stromboli are dough based, pastie is pastry, and you would never put pepperoni in a pastie...but heres a funny one..the staff refer to it as pussy pie due to the oval shape of it,and the snake like crest in the middle, have to say i know what they mean  . anyway titan poped in again with his friend for another pastie. also my american friend don.he wanted one too. he made me  ...he said he can't wait till he's in a diner in california.and tries to order one :? .anyway thanks for the compliment. titan ++)(*
