Ok, its sorted out...just a mix-up with usernames and the inability to fully grasp the workings of a forum and plenty of confusion thrown in...a lethal concoction, but its all cool now.

Chinese Food-

i,m surprised there are not more European Style , Chinese Food takeaways in Thailand
i say European Style because as people have previously mentioned , there are lots of regional variations.

there was a thread somewhere on one of the forums talking about the red sweet and sour sauce UK Chinese Takeaway shops used to use with their sweet and sour dishes

considering the amount of British Expats living here , you would think there would be a larger market for this style of food

personally , although it is widely considered Indian Takeaways are most popular , any time i visit the UK i make a beeline for my local *chinky* and eat a set meal for 2....all on my own

the problem in Thailand is sourcing the ingredients .
if you want to save some leg work to see what is available ingredients wise , there are 2 restaurants in Pattaya that i know of..
Chow Soy and The Chow Box offering European Style Chinese Food.

i believe Chow Soy uses Door2DoorPattaya as their food delivery company

if you look on Door2Door online menu (google door2doorpattaya ) you can see what they offer , what they charge and obviously if they offer it , it means the ingredients are here in Thailand

i must admit , i would try a Chinese takeaway at least once or twice should it become available in Udon

I would endulge in a chinky now n then , if it was the UK style of Chinese ,,,,,,,,,,, in my earlier post i was refering to Chinese Chinese food being "not my cup of tea" as apposed to the UK variety .

Suppose i do live in a glass house as well but my opinion is just that MY OPINION .......... tho im always open to constructive critisnm , advice and feedback ref my business and or products .
