Lie 2 You did not pay your power or water bill up to the day I took over.

I left the place before the bills arrived, that's why we left 10,000b with the landlord . So I don't know when the bill arrived or how much it was. As far as I was concerned it was covered, and we won't go into how much might have been yours as what the bill turned up 10 or 12 later. I don't know because I wasn't there. So the money is with the landlord so sort it with her, it was explained to you the morning you got the contract . So the next thing might be your yearly building tax, started sometimes in June and is for 2024 to 2025.. I don't want to point out the obvious here but you have to understand it's your business, not mine and I'm not responsible for your business taxes l moved out. No longer anything to do with me. So my wife will contact your landlord and pass on you say she pocketed the bill money and see what she has to say. I have no idea if you know about Thailand much. But I can tell you if this bullshite continues you will find yourself sitting in front of a police officer explaining yourself. Take my advice, knock the gossip on the head.
