Ive been wandering back into my old ways. Started with more and more on a friday night and ended up with couple pints every day followed by 10 friday, Saturday and 6 Sunday to settle my nerves!!

This Sunday decided time to get back to healthy habits so replaced the booze with a detox juice with lunch and lots of black coffee throughout the day. No more booze until Friday now and will try to keep it to a 6 pack of small beers max.

That's what I need to do. Just get back to the Friday drinks. Been a hectic footy season with beers all weekend. Takes me until Friday to get back to normal. I have a couple of weeks in Hua Hin and Bkk late October to erly November. Need to lay off until then.

Made it all the way to Wednesday night without a beer! Been shaking like a sitting dog all week.

Coming out the other side now.

Hired a boat for early doors Saturday morning that I need to skipper myself so that should (in theory) give me an excuse to take it easy friday night
Looking forward to a half day cruising around the lakes then handing back the keys and having 6 pints and some seafood on the dock

Dogs play a cut throat, elimination final, this Sunday and the boys under 12 team also in a semi final early doors Sunday morning. Big weekend coming up for me. Will squeeze a few drinks in somewhere I spose

Loitering in the Yamaha Music School waiting for The Girl & they unexpectedly brought out cups of green tea. Not really a fan but I thought it rude not to accept

Lots of beers again over the weekend. Season over for the bulldogs BUT the young fella's under 12 team are off to the final next Sunday. Will have a quiet week and be ready to rock again on Friday evening.

Drank a few cans today. The young fellas side got pipped at the post in the grand final. Back into the work week tomorrow.
