The Girl & her friend wanted to play on the bouncy castles in Central so we deposited them there & went to eat.
Bar BQ Plaza has recently reopened after a refurb so we went there. It’s a place where everything on the menu is individual not like the other places where it’s a set for ฿399 (+vat).
We stuffed ourselves as usual & the bill came to just shy of ฿2000. It was nice but I wouldn’t say it was worth double the other places charge. Probably won’t go back.

We went to a noodle restaurant called Mee Kid in the PTT station near the Benz dealership.
3 people already eating & the 2 of us wanting to order. Everything we asked for on the menu the server had given us wasn’t available. We eventually found something they had & they insisted we scan a qr code to order. It took forever to open the menu on my phone & when it did we had to try & match the tiny thumbnail of dishes to what we wanted.
Got served & it was very nice however 2 pork noodle soup, a side of extra pork, a bottle of water & the smallest bottle of peach tea I’ve ever seen came to an eye watering ฿390. It wasn’t that nice for us to make a return visit.

Just about my favourite Niggs. Like dressing it with the fish sauce and chilli they give you with the takeaway.

Looking at the menu I think this is all they do in 3 portion sizes. This is the middle size portion.
I didn’t use the chilli & fish sauce, the dish was spicy enough without.

I think it’s fairly new. This is the street view from a year ago & it doesn’t look like the same place. The glass display abinets at the front were full of crispy pork waiting to be sliced. All the staff were wearing burgundy shirts too.
