A little advert for our friend who has opened a satay stall in the evenings under the big pot at the Ban Chan Intersection. It’s a white Suzuki Carry with the cooking & serving kitchen on the back. I’ve watched him build the back from scratch & it’s all stainless steel as would be required in the UK to pass food hygiene regs.
For about 4 months I’ve been eating his trials as he’s refined the skewers, peanut sauce & chopped side salad.
Obviously I’m a bit biased because we’re friends but they are very delicious. He’s only been open for a week & I’ve been twice. 🫢
(If anyone fancies dessert there’s a good mango sticky rice & durian sticky rice stall opposite)

Those pictures have given me a hankering for lamb. Seeing as The Boy is home I might have to go to the Gallery on Sunday.
