FREE Food as well
brain surgeon that i am, i pigged out at a restaurant about 2:30 ish, no brekkie and couldn't wait any longer. then started on couple large leos about 6 ish, so wasn't hungry at buffet time, though i did force a bit down, especially the doggy meatballs, tasty suckers.
surprised at lack of balloon chasers, as i stayed at the Clock, and was rocking w/headphones on the balcony, watching udon pass by. though did see a few people looking in the door, and not seeing anything, so continued on to DN. the buffet and tables were wisely set up in the back garden area. ++)(*
didn't munch from the Clock's menu, which seems unchanged, the rooms are still very nice, couple drawer handles missing and some storage doors showing wear in operation, not looks. but still a choice place to stay. had a reservation up the street, not top mansion, which surprisingly had rooms available, so not good season for hotels. apparently other one i planned on staying at decided to take money in hand than wait for us to show up, as res was made last week........oh well, can't fault them, small operation, though will think twice next time. a few more small guesthouses and drinking venues in the area.
did not have camera with me and phone camera doesn't do well at night, though made one small vid of street from balcony, lame, so didn't post.
again, a good night, and THANKS TO ALL THAT MADE IT POSSIBLE, A LOT OF WORK WENT INTO IT ++)(* ++)(*
LETS GET THE REST OF THEM PICS POSTED, I SAW A FEW FLASHES GOING........POST POST POST.. ++)(*

Good folks having a great time. Chicken legs, meatballs, very good. Burritos, not Mexico but good enough - got another one. Potato salad very good but swap peas and corn for chopped onions and celery and world class for sure, just my taste;o) Usually avoid events where I'll be exposed to smoking but glad I toughed it out as it was a fun event.
