Candidate must have prior experiences in working in an North Indian kitchen before.

Must have basic knowledge of preparing and cooking in an Indian restaurant.

I do worry when a biz opening is very soon but without, in this instance, a tandoori cook/chef ,maybe opening day. if not filled,can be just popadoms and a bowl of mango chutney *****

Parking may be an issue also. They should do well though, as a bit of a niche, without a whole lot of competition, from a proper sit down venue. Looks comfy enough.

Hopefully the owner is a chef, and looking for an apprentice, to assist and fill in the times when not there. One chef show can be a bit draining, I suspect.

Yes good to have options in Udon,think the previous indian effort that opened on adunyadet rd opposite dieters ? and when Justin had a bar there, lasted a short time,prices were not cheap I remember.

Just think a limited market out there,my wife hates Indian food and the smells/spices, just hope enough Thais will give it a go,cannot rely on farangs alone


Takeaway service should do well if they refuse egg n beer stained tops inside,can loiter outside and wait All welcome ++)(*

Price will be the make or break ,last time I had a curry was in Laos, beer laos, tikka masala , rice ,garlic nan and just over 200b .not bad . also Friday curry at the gallery I think 300 baht buffet which is good value too. but when you start seeing 200b for this ,150b for that and even a simple naan bread cost twice as much as thai meal then you won't be around long . but cheap enough and it will be busy, who wants a bargain bucket from kfc when you can get a good ruby ++)(*

Thai's (in my experiance) are not big fans of Indian.....which leaves mainly the expat and the tourist and a smuttering of the occasional local Thai

Looked nice, sort of, but menu was way too extensive, and hit and miss on reviews. Think they tried to offer everything, without excelling at anything.

We strolled in one time, sat, read menu, left. Fricken expensive for a roll of the dice. Especially since not knowing what half of the offerings were. I'm Indian and Mediterranean ignorant.

Did have a decent Chicken Masala (tikka / reddish) in Krung Thep (Rangsit) a while back. Masala part was good, chicken part, a bit skimpy, just OK. Haven't returned, so just OK.
