Up To You Bar in Nutty Park

Post by Beda » Fri Oct 14, 2011 11:19 pm

Apparently, new management will take over soon. Mali (from Mali's Kitchen) will soon be doing real fish & chips and kebabs form there as well as the usual fayre.

Looks like a winner unless they get gazumped again...

Are Steve and Mali running the new bar, or members of the family?
Is the present place in Nong Bua going to be closed?

Mali will be managing the place on behalf of someone else from what she told me. I assume the idea is to see if she can get the place successful and then the owner will decide what he/she wants to do with it.

Steve and Mali's brother will still be running Mali's Kitchen, although things do have a tendency to change around here.

And to clarify, Mali did say that she was happy for me to let people know.

Would stand a better chance of succes if Steve managed the place and Mali stayed at Mali's Kitchen.

I think Steve was quite looking forward to his retirement, so I doubt he'd want to have a place in town again.
