55 very funny. Loverly arse on that Granny, shame about the Head .... Had a couple of those Pies the other day, very disappointing as very little filling ....

Stopped at Deans for lunch yesterday, what a treat, chinese noodles with beef, and sweet and sour chicken balls absolutely fantastic, picked up an assortment of his marvelous pies and some lovely french bread baggets , ate one last night with smoked salmon, really good. Well done Dean

Yes steve Still baking bread .thing was we were baking at home and taking it to the shop, unfortunatly we would suddenly get a large order for bread and someone had to go back to the house to make it.the Kitchen in the shop was too small to hold all the ovens we have. We have more baking space and a much nicer seating area at home so it was an easy choice. The upside to it all is a healthy drop in overheads Plus when we have down time we can just put our feet up. The bistro side Seems to suit people aswell with whatever we are making that day being very popular. even our sunday lunch club is nearly always fully booked, with a extra seating area being ready this week Plus more seating in the planning.

Just getting settled in , Busy making NEW products .pasties and danish pastries.getting fat lol. Andy went off to china working and he's doing well.

Morning all. Today Busy making pasties, a very nice chicken and veg, plus back by demand the very popular sausage and mash giant pastie, Bug enough for 2 meals. And if that dont Full you up nothing will. Also if you dont fancy that Im making sweet and sour pork balls and chinese beef with noodles for lunch today
