SOPHIE'S BISTRO ANNOUNCEMENT:
Dear Udon friends and customers,
As fairly new local business owners in Udon, we tried to welcome everyone to our shop regardless of ethnicity, religious affiliation, country of origin, and personal backgrounds, in order to show good will towards everyone and make everyone feel welcomed in our shop.
During this time we met a plethora of local expats of who the majority are decent people. We also met some that were seemingly "decent" people, and with a few of these folks unfortunately we partnered up on some very minor business ventures, which at the time seemed to be legit, and for which we had no great concerns.
However, due to recently discovered information through this forum, the Udon Talk forum, and direct email to us from unknown sources, I am announcing that we no longer represent or have any further affiliation with PORKHOUSE and WELLFED FARMS, and CHERN CHIM their representatives and/or agents
effective immediately.
Anyone from these companies claiming any association with Sophie's Bistro and the SafeHouse Cafe & Bar is not to be believed.
This does not in any way affect our operation at Sophie's or the SafeHouse, but we have to make this announcement to protect our reputation and good standing in Udon Thani.
